CEELA is Colorado’s association of Ethiopian and Eritrean liquor store owners. It is an organization devoted exclusively to serving individuals and groups engaged in liquor retails in the state of Colorado. CEELA is acting outside of the realm of politics. CEELA is the leading associations devoted to recognition of that Ethiopian and Eritrean origins liquor business owners of Colorado and organizer believe we are better served in having a well structured and organized association in today’s fast-changing society.
